Manufacturing Operator
Expert in setting up and operating beverage manufacturing equipment, filling liquid beverages in cans, monitoring it’s performance, and complete maintenance work.
During the interview, the applicant will be taken to the Carbonator Machine (Carbotroll), and the filler and will be given instructions to operate and also hypothetical cases of decision-making according to the situation to evaluate their knowledge and experience in the process.
Mixing Operator
Expert in mixing food and beverage ingredients/chemicals, weighing and verification of scale.
During the interview, the applicant will undergo a weighing and product mixing test to ensure his experience, in addition, a situation will be described to qualify his decision making.
Packaging Processor
Experience in packaging processes for food/beverage items.
During the interview, the applicant will be taken to the Mojonier Machine (Carbotroll), and the filler and will be given instructions to operate and also hypothetical cases of decision-making according to the situation to evaluate their knowledge and experience in the process.
Maintenance Mechanic
The production line mechanic will be responsible for all production maintenance, including product quality control, line maintenance, and repair of line machinery and equipment. This role involves applying mechanical expertise in determining work methods and procedures for producing quality products.
During the interview, you will be taken to a filling machine and asked about the electrical and mechanical components. And hypothetical failures will be formulated to verify your decision-making.
Forklift Driver
Must have a current forklift license, and possess experience in driving a forklift in a manufacturing warehouse.
During the interview, you will be given instructions for handling a cargo lift and the operation of cargo handling.
Quality inspector
Expert knowledge of the process used to manufacture food/beverage products, ensuring they meet all requirements including the ingredients
During the interview, several ingredients will be received and the applicant must define the possible characteristics to verify, in addition, he will be given a sample of beverages to define which would be the process control characteristics to be measured.
Laboratory Analyst
Expert knowledge in the analysis of food and beverage ingredients. Experience in managing laboratory equipment associated with beverage and food processing.
During the interview, you will be given some drinks and materials to perform laboratory analysis.
Production Planner
Expert in production planning for the food/beverage industry, must be able to evaluate supplier’s needs and wants
During the interview, hypothetical cases of production orders will be made to put together a production program including products of different formats to verify your decision-making.
Procurement Specialist
Experience in the process of ordering materials and ingredients for food and beverage manufacturing companies.
