These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at ncbeverage.com (the “Site”) and any related communications, including SMS text messaging, operated by New Caney Beverage, Inc. (“New Caney Beverage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about New Caney Beverage’s contract manufacturing and co-packing services and allows prospective and current business partners to contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

2. Business Relationship

New Caney Beverage provides business-to-business contract manufacturing, co-packing, and related services. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Specific terms of any manufacturing engagement are governed by separate written agreements between New Caney Beverage and its clients.

 

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

New Caney Beverage offers an SMS notification program for its personnel and, where applicable, its business contacts.
  • Consent: By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box during onboarding to our internal dashboard), you agree to receive operational text messages from New Caney Beverage. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
  • Message types: Messages may include lead assignments, action-item reminders, production and quality notifications, and order or shipment updates.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational activity.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

  • Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

4. Intellectual Property
